Lead Consultant - Institutional Capacity Building

Lead institutional-capacity consulting from Jordan, with ten to fifteen years in strategy, governance and organisational design and occasional travel.

Required experience

• Ten to fifteen years in management consulting, mainly serving Saudi public-sector or nonprofit organisations.
• Institutional strategy, operational planning and performance measurement aligned with objectives.
• Organisation structures, authority and responsibility matrices, competency models and job descriptions.
• Board and committee roles, internal controls and institutional policies and governance frameworks.
• Workflow improvement and documentation and strategic-initiative design, implementation and monitoring.

Qualifications and capabilities

• An Industrial Engineering degree and sound knowledge of Saudi nonprofit-sector regulations.
• Advanced Arabic technical writing, tailored practical solutions and persuasive client communication that builds trust and partnerships.
• Positive response to feedback, adaptability, respect for differing views, continuous learning and effective delivery under pressure.

Location and application

• Full-time back-office role in Jordan, listed in Amman, with potential limited field assignments and occasional Saudi travel.
