Key Account Manager - IT Services

Manage IT key accounts in Amman with ten years in technology and five in account management, coordinating delivery, executive relationships and growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary account contact and build lasting partnerships and trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Coordinate successful delivery, communicate monthly and quarterly progress and maintain CRM opportunities and stakeholder maps.
• Identify organic growth, forecast resource deployment, budgets and account metrics and handle requests and escalations.
• Build capabilities through hiring and training and coordinate HR to keep deployed staff engaged.

Requirements

• A Computer Science or equivalent degree and at least ten years in IT, including five in key-account management.
• Software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure and QA service experience and client-focused solution delivery.
• Multiple-account project leadership and executive influence, with strong listening, negotiation, relationships, presentation and communication.
