Customer Service Representative – Arabic/English - Amman

Concentrix hires Arabic/English customer service staff in Amman with full-time indefinite contracts, paid training and bonus opportunities.

Customer-service responsibilities

• Understand customer requests and expectations, adapting responses to each situation through voice, email, chat and social channels.
• Deliver a consistent experience across channels while learning the software and technical skills used to support client brands.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline and proficiency in Arabic and English.
• A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach, plus flexibility for rotating and weekend shifts.
• Customer service or sales experience and helpdesk-system knowledge are advantages.
