Content Moderation Advisor - Amman

Concentrix seeks a content moderator in Amman, with office-based shifts, paid training and coaching.

Content review responsibilities

• Assess and categorize online material against client policies, procedures and regulatory rules, identifying prohibited content.
• Review flagged accounts and examine images, videos and text. Daily duties include exposure to highly sensitive and explicit material.
• Escalate policy breaches through internal tools, preserve case quality and meet monthly productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years of relevant experience; customer service or call-centre experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• Basic to intermediate English at B1 level.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with customer-service platforms and tools.

Location, schedule and support

• Abdali Mall Building, Suliman Al Nabulsi Street, Abdali Boulevard.
