Ata Rabah seeks an Installation Manager to lead installation teams and supervisors. The position coordinates schedules and project handovers, maintains quality and occupational safety, and follows up on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation teams through their supervisors and develop daily, weekly and monthly schedules with the Planning Department.
- Monitor project installation timelines, explain withdrawals or delays, and establish action plans to reduce them.
- Ensure compliance with general safety rules and address staff non-compliance in line with company policy.
- Coordinate progress and information with other departments. Obtain daily installation reports and workshop returns from technicians and the factory and upload them to Jira.
- Prepare and discuss the supervisors’ morning-meeting agenda, following up on daily work reports and site readiness.
- Oversee internal handovers and final delivery to customers, including direct customer follow-up when required.
- Coordinate the daily loading schedule and supply of materials and shortages with Planning so that teams can continue working.
- Manage departmental staffing matters, including attendance, leave, overtime, annual evaluations, incentives and new hires.
- Report on delivered and pending projects, and provide the direct manager with withdrawal reports and improvement action plans.
- Follow up on quality concerns and escalate them to Technical Support. Evaluate departmental performance and arrange improvement and training plans as needed.
Qualifications and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Viewer.
- A valid driving licence and your own car.
- Communication, supervision, teamwork and reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
