Architect / Interior Designer

An unnamed developer in Amman seeks an Architect / Interior Designer with five-plus years in design and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural/interior concepts for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models and visualizations from concept to execution.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, conduct site visits and ensure execution matches approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
• Manage schedules, budgets, materials, procurement needs and supplier follow-up.
• Review technical details, shop drawings, samples and contractor submissions and resolve design/site issues.
• Deliver presentations, progress updates and practical solutions throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architecture, interior design or a related field, plus at least five years of professional experience and direct execution involvement.
• Strong AutoCAD, 3D modelling and architectural/interior visualization skills.
• Knowledge of construction, materials, finishes, detailing, procurement and site coordination; supervision and contractor/supplier management are strongly preferred.
• Organization, problem solving, communication and stakeholder management across competing projects.
• A strong portfolio of completed work showing drawings, visualizations and executed designs.

Terms and application

• Amman, five working days weekly; pay up to JOD 2,000 with no payment period specified.
