Export Sales Representative – Arab Weavers

Arab Weavers seeks an Export Sales Representative in Jordan to develop international accounts, prepare quotations, coordinate shipments and support sales growth in regional and overseas markets.

Export sales responsibilities

• Help develop and implement export sales plans that meet revenue targets and expand the customer base across MENA and other international markets.
• Identify overseas leads through calls, email and trade exhibitions; prepare quotations and negotiate contract terms within company policy.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery with operations and logistics, and follow up after sales to address satisfaction and continuing product needs.
• Report on sales activity, analyse results and recommend improvements; work with marketing and product teams to tailor selling messages to target markets.

Qualifications and capabilities

• A university qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field, with an interest in developing an export-sales career.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English, strong professional relationship-building, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of export processes and international trade regulations, plus market analysis and opportunity-identification skills.
• Basic computer, email and CRM proficiency, together with familiarity with digital marketing.
• Organisation, attention to detail and deadlines, and the ability to meet targets under pressure.
