Dispatch US trucks remotely from Amman for USD 900–1,100 monthly, with paid training and a US-aligned work schedule.
Dispatch responsibilities
- Join the Jordan team reporting directly to Carpathian Way’s Chicago management, coordinating company trucks and drivers in the US.
- Plan and book freight through load boards and brokers, negotiate rates by phone/email and track pickup, delivery, delays, breakdowns and detention.
- Communicate with drivers, maintain accountability, escalate issues to Chicago and update loads and rate confirmations in the transport management system.
- Record updates and accessorial charges, including detention, layovers and truck ordered not used, so billable items are not missed.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English, tested before interview, and strong email writing; negotiation, customer service, organization and multitasking under pressure.
- US dispatch, brokerage or logistics experience is strongly preferred, with a listed preference of one to three years; a capable reliable beginner can be trained.
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, your own computer and headset, independent late-shift judgment, honesty and openness to feedback.
Contract, benefits and hiring
- Five full-time openings under an independent contractor agreement with a US company, paid monthly in USD. The detailed offer states USD 900–1,100 depending on experience plus performance bonuses.
- Remote work for now, with a stated plan for an Amman office within a year. Work aligns with US Central business hours; the advert gives 3 pm–midnight Amman, Monday–Friday, as an example, plus shared weekend on-call cover.
- Full paid training in US trucking, systems and procedures, long-term work and potential team-lead progression as the Jordan team expands.
- Apply on Bayt with an English CV. Applicants receive an English and situational-judgment assessment within days; successful candidates proceed to a short video call with Chicago.
