Syndication and Specialized Lending - Relationship Manager

Analyze and manage syndicated, structured and project finance transactions at Bank of Jordan in Amman.

Responsibilities

Prepare credit assessments, recommendations, financial models, cash-flow forecasts and sensitivity analyses. Review financing structures, security, covenants and documentation; coordinate approvals, due diligence, closing and disbursement. Monitor portfolio quality, profitability and covenants, produce reports and support primary and secondary loan-market activity.

Requirements

A relevant finance, accounting, economics or business bachelor’s degree and at least five years in syndicated, structured or project finance or corporate banking. Experience in syndicated-loan execution, LMA documentation, financial modelling and credit analysis. Fluent Arabic and English and advanced Office skills. Professional qualifications and development-finance or export-credit experience are advantages.
