Senior Logistics and Procurement Officer

Coordinate project logistics and purchasing in Amman across stock, suppliers, tools, travel, hotels and invoices, with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock movement, receipts, issues, counts, records and departmental strategies and prepare project-end quantity, location and balance reports.
• Schedule supplier materials with operations before projects and manage logistics, office maintenance, supplies and monthly consumption.
• Plan team routes and accommodation, check invoices and coordinate travel dates and hotels with operations and finance.
• Prepare project-tool lists, custody bonds and HR copies and obtain quotations for unavailable tools.
• Review suppliers, prices, delivery, performance and discounts to reduce costs and prepare inventory reports and finance invoices.
• Coordinate administrative services across departments and set clear subordinate goals for consistency, accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• A Logistics, Business or related degree and logistics or procurement-officer experience; the general field lists four to five years.
• Excellent computer and communication skills and fluent English.
