Senior Analyst, SAP MM/WM – Hikma

Hikma seeks a Senior SAP MM/WM Analyst in Amman with at least two years of ERP experience, implementation exposure and procurement/warehouse knowledge.

Role

• Full-time IT Applications position with Hikma in Amman, job 12745. Support and implement SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management solutions while translating operational needs into functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops, analyse and document business processes and objectives and identify necessary solution modifications.
• Design, configure, customise and test SAP MM/WM solutions; identify gaps and issues and develop practical workarounds.
• Investigate and resolve SAP problems with business teams, handling changes and emergency transports for high-priority incidents.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results and proactively recommend process and system enhancements.
• Connect business functions with SAP technical teams, especially for integrations, and provide user training, implementation support and ongoing assistance.

Requirements

• At least two years in ERP solutions, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and at least two years in full-cycle ERP implementation and end-user support.
• Strong procurement and warehousing process knowledge, ability to manage concurrent projects and deliverables, effective teamwork and a results focus.
