Job description
Lead reservations, inventory, pricing and channels; improve occupancy/revenue, resolve guest issues and prepare reports.
Requirements
Two to four years in reservations, front office or revenue; hotel/supervisory experience and hospitality/business degree preferred. PMS, channel managers, OTA extranets, rate loading, inventory and revenue-management knowledge. Fluent English, analytics, organisation, customer service and team leadership; extra languages advantageous.
Airport workplace.
