Prepare food, replenish buffets, control portions and stock, and maintain storage, hygiene and food safety.

Requirements

• At least two kitchen-experience years; hotels, catering or airport lounges preferred.
• Culinary training advantageous; buffet/high-volume experience preferred.
• Food preparation, safety and HACCP knowledge.
• Independent work under pressure, teamwork, communication and attention to detail.
• Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Airport workplace.
