Role
- The Jordan KYC Centre of Excellence supports compliance with PwC’s global minimum client-verification requirements across the Middle East. This Amman position sits within Risk and Quality and combines client onboarding, verification and pre-engagement compliance work.
Responsibilities
- Review client KYC files to meet the centre’s quality and productivity standards and deliver assignments on time to the standards expected by the firm and regulators.
- Maintain high-quality output and productivity, while taking on development assignments suited to your career path.
- Organise your workload proactively and meet daily and monthly targets, requesting guidance or coaching when needed.
- Keep metrics, client records and workflow systems accurate and up to date.
- Build relationships with engagement teams and other Risk and Quality colleagues, and complete compliance checks associated with onboarding clients and projects.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders in writing and in person. Work with peers, team leaders and managers to improve client and firm processes.
- Adapt promptly to new or revised procedures.
Relevant skills and background

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
