Contact Centre Operations Supervisor

Supervise contact-centre operations in Amman across staff, quality, queues, complaints, reports and clients, with five years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate, supervise and evaluate daily operations staff to meet performance and quality targets.
• Build client relationships, set expectations, follow requirements and resolve complaint calls.
• Motivate agents, enforce rules, review attendance and leave, monitor call queues and prepare monthly ticket reports.

Requirements

• A Marketing or related degree and at least five years of experience; CRM or relevant training is a strong advantage.
• Deep contact-centre KPI knowledge and Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Leadership, time management, efficient problem-solving, influence, responsibility, accuracy, patience and teamwork under pressure.
• Strong written and spoken Arabic and English.
