Clinic Office Assistant

Support a clinic office in Amman across reception, supplies, records, budgets and schedules, with two to five years of experience and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Keep clinic administration running smoothly and manage office and medical supplies and orders.
• Report KPI summaries to the owner, anticipate barriers and action plans and handle reception, calls and incoming and outgoing mail.
• Develop office procedures and maintain staff descriptions and clinical records, including licences and liability certificates.
• Manage budgets and timely bills or reimbursements for travel, communications, subscriptions and professional memberships.
• Schedule meetings and calendars, research and prepare reports and other administrative support.

Requirements and application

• Two to five years in office or administrative assistance, mandatory fluent English and Office and computer proficiency.
• Exceptional accuracy, multitasking, organisation, time management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
