Metrics, Efficiency & AI Enablement Lead

Lead performance measurement, operational efficiency and AI enablement at MetLife Jordan in Amman, turning data into better operations and customer outcomes.

Role and responsibilities

• Join Global Customer Service and Operations to lead performance management, operational excellence, business intelligence, KPI governance and AI-enabled transformation across MetLife Jordan.
• Lead enterprise KPI governance, scorecards and performance reporting to support business decisions and operational oversight.
• Develop executive dashboards, analytics and actionable insights while improving data quality and reporting standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation and AI enablement to improve productivity, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps, analyse root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage transformation-benefit realisation, governance and continuous-improvement programmes supporting New Frontier strategic priorities.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, data science, information systems, statistics, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in business intelligence, operational excellence, analytics, performance management, process improvement or transformation.
• Advanced Power BI, Microsoft Excel, data-visualisation and business-analytics skills, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insight.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions to improve productivity, analytics, reporting or processes.

Preferred qualifications

• Insurance, financial-services, consulting or shared-services experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or formal continuous-improvement training.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, robotic process automation or low-code development.
• Experience establishing KPI governance, data-governance practices and benefits-realisation methods.
• Advanced knowledge of AI, automation, predictive analytics or digital transformation.

Working arrangements and application

• Full-time, in-office work in Amman. Relocation assistance is not available.
