Commercial Manager - Beauty

Role

• Take responsibility for the performance, profitability and growth of Myli Health and Beauty across stores, e-commerce and digital platforms. Own profit and loss, strategy, execution and expansion while aligning commercial operations and customer experience.
• This is a Majid Al Futtaim Retail role based at its Jordan head office in Amman.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete commercial and operating cycle, including e-commerce and customer experience.
• Lead business development, new-store expansion, digital initiatives and growth across sales channels.
• Set and deliver annual and longer-term strategies aligned with country and group objectives.
• Develop competitive product assortments, pricing and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure store and merchandising teams apply agreed concepts, planograms and assortment structures consistently online and in stores.
• Monitor daily operational performance and compliance with operating procedures, health, safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Coordinate commercial, operational and omnichannel execution, adapting corporate standards to local market needs.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related subject.
• At least eight years of progressive leadership experience, including five years in retail management. Health and beauty experience is preferred.
• Cosmetics-sector experience is mandatory.
• Proven responsibility for full profit and loss and complex cross-functional operations, including omnichannel retail and e-commerce.
• A record of successful business growth, transformation and expansion.
