Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant

CARE Jordan seeks a short-term Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for 35 working days, with remote work and in-person coordination as needed. The terms of reference specify September–November 2026. Outputs cover quantitative and qualitative analysis, endline and outcome surveys, VSLA baseline analysis, a community adaptation action plan, annual needs assessment and MEAL technical review. Practical data collection/analysis, Kobo/XLSForm, quality assurance and evaluation tools/report review experience are required, with fluent Arabic and English. Institutional donor, protection, GBV and humanitarian experience are advantages. No city, mandatory degree or minimum years of experience are specified.
