Lifestyle Bartender – Dead Sea Marriott

Dead Sea Marriott seeks a Lifestyle Bartender to prepare drinks, welcome guests and maintain the bar. One year of relevant experience is preferred.

Beverage and guest-service responsibilities

• Prepare consistent-quality drinks while keeping up with beverage trends, local offerings and changing guest preferences.
• Host guests in the bar space and take responsibility for the broader service experience, coordinating with hotel colleagues and local contacts to meet needs.
• Keep the bar presentable and operating smoothly, with accuracy in cash handling, guest information and beverage quality.

Qualifications and working conditions

• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant work experience. No supervisory experience or professional licence is required.
• Extended standing, sitting and walking; reaching, bending and handling objects up to 25 lb without assistance, approximately 11.3 kg.
• Full-time position at Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa in Sweimeh.
• Follow hotel safety procedures, policies and quality standards; protect assets and confidential information and maintain professional appearance and communication.
