Voyage Graduate Programme, Room Operations – Dead Sea

Join Marriott’s paid Voyage room-operations programme at the Dead Sea, starting March 2027, with 12–18 months of practical leadership development.

Leadership development

• A paid full-time programme delivered within a Marriott-managed hotel, combining practical discipline training with leadership learning. Individual pathways last 12–18 months depending on location and career objectives.
• Work in daily hotel operations, build customer relationships, gain exposure to project and people management and propose process improvements through a Voyage project and special assignments.
• Complete short rotations across hotel functions, learn from senior leaders and coaches and connect with current and former participants through collaboration tools.
• Attend management meetings, solve problems, propose ideas and provide curriculum feedback. The programme prepares participants for supervisory or early-management opportunities without guaranteeing a subsequent appointment.

Eligibility

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or hotel school, with graduation within the two-year window specified for this cohort: March 2025 or later.
• Students expecting to graduate within 12 months of applying may also be considered. The associate-degree exception in the general announcement concerns culinary tracks.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal communication, relationship-building, teamwork, initiative and self-management, with a commitment to development; local-language fluency may be required.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Jordan. The stated visa exception applies only to UAE placements.

Selection and programme details

• March 2027 cohort in Room Operations at Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa, Sweimeh. The programme is paid but no pay amount is disclosed.
• Selection stages: online application, Paradox video interview, management assessment, recruiter screening and final hotel interview.
• The announcement gives 1 December as the online application closing date. Current full-time Marriott associates should consult HR; eligible previous/current interns, part-time associates and dual students may apply.
