Responsibilities

• Care for the guest experience at Mövenpick Petra from arrival through departure, listening to needs and providing personalised professional service to guests, visitors and colleagues.
• Use attentive communication, detail and problem-solving skills to support guest satisfaction and hotel standards.

Qualifications and working requirements

• Similar hotel experience is preferred, supported by strong communication, interpersonal, detail and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask at pace.
• Proficiency with hotel software, preferably Opera Cloud, and Microsoft Office. Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays, including the Christmas period.
