Guest Relations Agent at Fairmont Amman, Amman, Jordan.
Employment: Permanent. Schedule: Full-Time. Original posting date: 2026-09-24.
Responsibilities
- Under the Front Office Manager, welcome guests, settle accounts and assist throughout stays, maintaining reception coverage during the shift.
- Apply Fairmont reception and telephone standards, use guest names where possible and respond attentively to everyone approaching the desk.
- Enrol loyalty members and maintain certificates where applicable, upsell room categories to support rate/revenue, follow safety/emergency rules and cover colleagues or other assignments.
Qualifications and working requirements
- Spoken/written English is required; another language, hospitality diploma and customer-service experience are assets.
- Computerised front-office knowledge, particularly Micros-Fidelio, is required; Windows/MS Office are assets. Handle cash accurately, work flexible hours and remain composed while multitasking.
