Gift Shop Attendant – Dead Sea Marriott

Daily responsibilities

• Support the guest’s overall stay by responding proactively to operational needs and guest requests.
• Complete reports and transactions and share information about local attractions, making everyday interactions part of a smooth guest experience.
• Move between work areas as needed and uphold service quality, confidentiality and asset protection.

Qualifications and work details

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. No prior related or supervisory experience, licence or certification is required.
• The role involves extended standing, sitting or walking and moving, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 10 lb without assistance, approximately 4.5 kg.
• Full-time work at Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa in Sweimeh.
• Follow hotel safety procedures, policies and quality standards; protect assets and confidential information and maintain professional appearance and communication.
