Fund Raising Specialist, P-3 – Temporary Appointment (12 months)

A 12-month temporary appointment at P-3 level in Amman, supporting individual giving and the Private Sector Plan during the regional office transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital fundraising, donor acquisition and regular giving plans.
• Prepare investment and market growth plans and monitor performance, returns, revenue and expenditure.
• Coordinate partners and country/regional teams, analyze donor data and share practical learning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, international development, communications, fundraising, data analytics or a relevant technical field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible professional experience in fundraising, market development, business growth, marketing or resource mobilization.
• Demonstrated individual giving, digital fundraising, donor acquisition, strategy and market expansion experience, plus business cases, investment strategies and growth plans.
• Multicountry experience and diverse stakeholder management. Fluent English; Arabic or French is a strong asset.
