F&B Service Captain – Dead Sea Marriott

Dead Sea Marriott seeks an F&B Service Captain to prepare tables, serve guests, coordinate with the kitchen and uphold service quality.

Food and beverage service duties

• Prepare tables, respond to guests and deliver meal service while coordinating closely with the kitchen.
• Clean and organise work areas and supplies, read menus and verify information to support an accurate, complete dining experience.

Qualifications and physical requirements

• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent and less than one year of relevant experience. No supervisory experience, licence or certification is required.
• Extended standing, walking or sitting, including movement over sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Handle objects up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance; reach above the head and below the knees and bend or stoop as required. These loads are approximately 11.3 and 22.7 kg.
• Full-time position at Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa, Sweimeh.
• Follow hotel safety procedures, policies and quality standards; protect assets and confidential information and maintain professional appearance and communication.
