Civil / Architectural Project Manager – Fit-Out

Manage execution, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, costs, variations, quality, safety, risks, inspections and handover; coordinate architectural, civil, MEP and finishing trades.

Requirements

• Minimum seven to ten professional-experience years with strong hands-on fit-out experience.
• Civil/architecture or related degree preferred.
• Commercial, hospitality, retail, office or high-end fit-out management preferred.
• Construction sequencing/materials, subcontractor management, planning and cost-control knowledge.
