Scope
- Contribute from opportunity development and proposals through consulting execution and delivery, with potential regional assignments and GCC travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, develop relationships and suitable solutions, and support research and technical/commercial proposals.
- Design transformation, organisation structures and levels, job descriptions, competencies, performance, succession, reward and compensation solutions.
- Develop HR policies aligned with labour law and sound practice and review controls and processes for improvement.
- Lead daily project activities and produce high-quality analysis, reports, presentations and deliverables.
- Manage assigned workstreams, budgets and schedules, allocate tasks, perform first reviews and keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
- Develop key client accounts, resolve needs and identify follow-on opportunities, coaching junior colleagues when assigned.
- Undertake secondary research, track human-capital and advisory trends and contribute to thought leadership.
Qualifications and experience
- Four to six years in HR consulting, advisory, professional services or organisational development, preferably in a reputable project-based or consulting setting.
- A business, human-resources or related bachelor’s degree and strong human-capital technical knowledge.
- Strong research, market intelligence, analysis and evidence-based recommendations, with the ability to prioritise and deliver quality work on time.
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management and rigorous, creative problem-solving.
- Practical use of AI and digital tools to improve research and consulting outputs and process mapping with Visio or similar tools.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Visio, initiative, independent learning, teamwork and professional judgement under pressure.
- Willingness to work from Jordan and travel regionally. The application asks about Jordanian nationality or a work permit, Arabic/English fluency and hands-on development in at least two HR areas.
