Senior Mechanical Technician – King Hussein Cancer Center

King Hussein Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Mechanical Technician to join its Non-Medical Department in Amman. The role focuses on maintaining, inspecting, and operating mechanical systems and facilities within a professional healthcare environment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and facilities.
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
• Prepare technical reports related to maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors when required.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures within the center.
• Support the continuous and efficient operation of critical systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Hospital or healthcare facility experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Good technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
