Digital Marketing Expert

Role

• Own ZainTECH's digital ecosystem across the Middle East, including social media, the website, paid media, search, email, automation and emerging channels. Turn engagement into qualified demand, commercial opportunities and revenue.
• Work with sales, GTM, product, brand, revenue operations and agencies to improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Strategy and growth

• Develop integrated B2B digital strategies aligned with business growth.
• Guide customers from reach and engagement through marketing and sales qualification to opportunities and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, audiences and markets, and translate business priorities into measurable campaigns.

Social media and website experience

• Manage LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta and other relevant channels, setting strategies, content plans, campaign calendars and audience approaches.
• Improve creative, targeting and engagement using performance insights, and track emerging trends.
• Own website experience, performance and conversion, improving landing pages, journeys, calls to action and conversion paths. Use analytics and user behaviour to resolve friction.
• Lead SEO and answer-engine optimization, coordinating content and functionality with internal teams and agencies around business objectives.

Campaigns and demand generation

• Plan integrated social, email, paid and emerging-channel campaigns that build awareness, engagement and qualified demand.
• Optimize audiences, creative, media, landing pages and budgets, and test messaging, formats, channels and journeys to improve conversion.

Automation and lead management

• Build automation, nurture and lifecycle programmes in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Develop scoring, segmentation and nurture workflows to improve lead quality and conversion, and strengthen marketing-to-sales handover.
• Implement tracking and attribution to measure campaign and channel contributions to pipeline and revenue.

Innovation and analytics

• Use AI and emerging tools for research, personalization, content, optimization and reporting, and identify efficiency gains through automation.
• Track marketing, search, technology and engagement trends, and test approaches that improve performance and customer experience.

Required experience and skills

• Six to ten years in digital marketing, with demonstrated qualified-demand generation and contributions to pipeline, opportunities and revenue.
• Strong hands-on WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4 expertise.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition, paid media, SEO, AEO, conversion, social media and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in automation, nurturing, scoring, attribution and data-led optimization, with analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills and confidence to challenge assumptions.

Preferred experience

• B2B technology, SaaS, ICT, telecom, cloud or cybersecurity; agency experience is advantageous.
• Account-based marketing, AI-enabled marketing, Adobe platforms and regional or international markets.

Location and professional conduct

• Full time and on site in Amman, Jordan, with adherence to the company's code of conduct, integrity, collaboration and a customer focus.
