An Amman role leading the Flutter client application track for Zain Jordan’s advanced business mobile platform.
Scope
- Own a user-facing technical track from architecture and hands-on development to quality, testing and documentation, with autonomy and cross-team coordination under the Division Leader’s technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Flutter mobile and web clients, taking responsibility for architecture, implementation quality and deadlines.
- Develop real-time communication, SDK integrations, Arabic RTL interfaces, native Android/iOS components, client data and state-management layers.
- Meet security, performance, responsiveness and device/OS compatibility requirements, including AES-256 encryption, secure token handling and hardware-backed keystores.
- Align API contracts, authentication, event delivery, error handling and shared architecture to integrate clients with backend services.
- Establish coding conventions, component patterns, test-coverage expectations and disciplined CI/CD to maintain a consistent codebase.
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design, estimate effort and surface dependencies, risks and blockers early.
- Document integrations, API specifications, deployment and configuration for knowledge transfer and long-term maintenance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Two years of relevant experience is preferred, rather than stated as a mandatory minimum.
- A certification or formal training in Flutter/Dart is preferred.
- Android development certification or training, such as accredited Kotlin/Android courses; the advert notes that Google’s Associate Android Developer certification is discontinued.
