About the role
Waitress/Hostess at Fairmont Amman, Amman, Jordan.
Employment: Permanent. Schedule: Full-Time. Original posting date: 2026-09-02.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and provide friendly service, understanding server duties, shift-end reports and POS operation.
- Explain food/drink items, ingredients, garnishes and preparation methods and follow outlet, food-safety and sanitation rules and assigned duties.
Qualifications and working requirements
- Service and POS experience are assets, with strong communication, organisation, interpersonal/problem-solving skills and reliability.
- Work cooperatively under pressure with calm guest focus. Additional information lists Opera/comparable-system experience and fluent English; other languages are advantageous.
