Advertising Strategy Planner

Plan advertising strategy in Amman with ten-plus years, turning audience research into creative briefs, campaign pitches, testing and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Research audiences, markets, competitors and client objectives through surveys, interviews, focus groups, analytics and social listening.
• Turn insights into strategy and concise creative briefs defining the problem, opportunity, proposition, tone and deliverables.
• Develop campaign proposals and lead pitch teams.
• Design pre/post-testing and tracking, assess audience and industry reactions and improve campaigns and future recommendations.
• Maintain client, creative-team and stakeholder relationships and share new ideas informed by advertising trends and technology.

Requirements and application

• A Business, Marketing or related degree and at least ten years in a similar role.
• Agency experience is mandatory, with fluent Arabic and English.
