Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support across kitchen, food-and-beverage and laundry departments as required.
• Prepare clean linen and dining ware and operate/maintain dishwashers, hand-washing stations and linen washing/drying equipment.
• Transport dishware and linen between hotel departments and coordinate with colleagues to meet service needs.

Qualifications and experience

• No high-school qualification required. No related experience required.
• Supervisory experience is not required.
• No licence or professional certification is specified.

Working standards

• Follow company policies and safety/quality standards with professional dress, presentation and communication.
• Report accidents, injuries, hazards or maintenance needs relevant to the role.
• Collaborate respectfully across teams, respond to colleague concerns and support shared goals.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Physical and practical requirements

• Lift, carry, push, pull and move loads up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Prolonged standing, sitting or walking, potentially throughout a shift.
• Reach above head and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
