Marketing Accounts Payable Specialist

Samsung seeks a Marketing Accounts Payable Specialist in Amman for payments, marketing expense checks and vendor coordination.

Accounting and payments

• Process daily accounts payable, maintaining vendor, customer and partner relationships and accurate invoices, expense evidence, credit memos and payments.
• Keep compliant documentation under company policies and government requirements, checking and submitting payment requests daily.
• Verify marketing activities and supporting evidence with vendors, customers and partners, supporting marketing teams.
• Handle enquiries and communication; inspect open system items daily and coordinate abnormality resolution, including weekly and monthly follow-up.

Qualifications and vacancy details

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, marketing or equivalent; digital and offline marketing knowledge is advantageous.
• Problem-solving, precision and communication, balancing daily deadlines and ad hoc financial projects with corporate controls.
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, ERP experience such as SAP and fluent English.
• One full-time Amman vacancy. The visible preferred experience range is zero to three years, with Jordanian nationality, Amman residence and Accounting listed as preferences.
