Spa Manager – Amman Rotana

Amman Rotana seeks a Spa Manager to lead operations, staff, treatments, marketing and budgets, with proven hospitality spa management experience.

Operational responsibilities

• Manage the spa as a whole, recruit and train staff, motivate the team and organise schedules.
• Develop promotions and marketing plans and create treatment packages and pricing that attract and retain clients.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and inventory while applying health, safety, sanitation and operational best practices.
• Deliver excellent guest service, resolve enquiries and complaints and oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.

Requirements

• Proven spa management or comparable hospitality experience, knowledge of treatments, products, industry trends and spa booking/software systems.
• Strong leadership, organisation, communication, service, financial management, problem solving, decision making, staff development and time management.
• A hospitality management or related bachelor’s degree is advantageous. Residence in Jordan is a stated preference.
