Regional Sales Director - Medical Devices

Lead regional medical-device and pharmaceutical sales from Amman, with at least eighteen years of MENA sales experience.

Required leadership experience

• At least eighteen years of senior regional sales experience in MENA medical devices and pharmaceuticals, preferably ENT-related.
• Management of business teams of ten to fifteen across medical, sales, marketing and finance functions.
• Development of distributors and partners, new-product launches and marketing planning.
• Deep regional-market understanding and the ability to set budgets, targets, forecasts and profit-and-loss reports.

Qualifications and application

• At least a bachelor’s degree; an MBA is advantageous.
