Coordinator Quality Control - tMart

Support accurate stock records and store quality at talabat tMart in Amman by reviewing deliveries, invoices, reconciliations and product condition. The role requires more than two years of relevant experience and a car.

Responsibilities

• Analyze variations in quality measures, document quality problems and send quality-assurance guidance by email.
• Guide stores when receiving deliveries; reconcile purchase orders with invoices and prepare debit notes.
• Match inbound and outbound stock transfers to prevent discrepancies, and file/share records with the relevant departments.
• Verify that system entries are accurate and follow prescribed data-entry standards; perform spot checks to establish the actual condition of stored items.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and manage damaged or expired items through supplier returns or disposal.
• Observe designated system login hours and rules, and report system problems affecting store operations.

Qualifications and experience

• More than two years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or a relevant discipline.
• Having a car is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, structured working habits and prioritization, with a practical approach to resolving problems.
• Ability to work with senior executives and manage the expectations of several stakeholders, while motivating teams around common objectives.
• Comfort with unfamiliar situations and continuous workplace learning; excellent analytical and communication skills, hands-on use of varied tools and strong interpersonal/intercultural skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic would be a strong advantage.
