MEServe Associate – Consulting Operations and Compliance

Coordinate consulting onboarding and compliance at PwC in Amman. A bachelor’s degree and two or more years in a similar consulting role required.

Role and responsibilities

• Support consulting engagement teams with risk and compliance, coordinating with independence, relationship-check, KYC, data and Risk and Quality colleagues.
• Complete pre- and post-engagement onboarding controls for clients and projects; coordinate third-party onboarding and initiation, completion and approval of joint business relationships.
• Facilitate annual compliance reviews with the central team and engagement leads, prioritising work to complete risk assessments on time.
• Manage relationship checks, anti-fraud solutions, KYC and engagement-acceptance assessments in Salesforce, including mandatory questionnaires and professional stakeholder communication.
• Help engagement teams and audit partners initiate, complete and approve anti-fraud checks; provide platform feedback and resolve risk alerts.
• Validate and approve client information in SUN with data-quality colleagues, answer engagement-team queries and deliver regular compliance training when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a similar consulting role. Big Four or relevant consulting experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, compliance problem-solving, organisation, prioritisation and time management.
