Plant Manager - Dairy and FMCG

Lead dairy or FMCG plant operations in Zarqa, managing production, safety, maintenance and costs with eight to twelve years of experience.

Operational leadership

• Direct daily operations and production schedules to meet output, quality and delivery targets while improving capacity and resource use.
• Maintain food-safety and regulatory compliance, including GMP, HACCP and ISO, and enforce health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead production, maintenance, quality and support teams, developing training, performance objectives and succession plans.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, reduce downtime and oversee capital projects, upgrades and expansion.
• Monitor costs, waste, yields and plant KPIs, reporting to senior management and improving efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics and planning to secure materials, align production with sales and inventory, and support new products.

Qualifications

• A degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Eight to twelve years in dairy or FMCG manufacturing, including leadership of large facilities and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, planning, cost management and analytical skills, with dairy-processing expertise and continuous-improvement capability.
