Responsibilities
- Use data to prioritise healthcare professionals and stakeholders who influence prescribing decisions.
- Support sales through positive customer experiences and in-person or virtual conversations that clarify challenges, priorities and opportunities.
- Design engagement journeys around target healthcare professionals’ preferences using available content and multiple channels.
- Build sustained healthcare-professional and medical opinion-leader relationships, understanding customer needs and the healthcare environment to improve the patient journey.
- Gather customer-business insights, follow up on feedback and translate it into value-adding action.
- Use data to develop, prioritise and continually adjust territory, account and customer-interaction plans.
- Share insights internally to support product and indication content, campaigns and engagement plans.
- Work compliantly with cross-functional teams on solutions addressing unmet customer and patient needs.
- Act transparently and respectfully, follow Novartis ethics and values and speak up about inappropriate practices.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events and special cases relating to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
- Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
