Job description
Head of Programme – Jordan Country Office with Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Jordan — Amman, Jordan.
Responsibilities
Lead country programme strategy, fundraising, grants, partnerships, monitoring and evaluation, programme quality and team development.
Qualifications and conditions
Requires a relevant development, social-science or international-relations degree and at least six years in humanitarian senior management, proven fundraising and fluent English. Existing legal eligibility to work in Jordan is required; no visa sponsorship. The contract is 12 months with approximately 30% travel.
