Al-Qallati Travel & Tourism seeks a Reservations & Customer Service Officer in Shmeisani, Amman. Duties cover flight and hotel bookings, customer enquiries, booking follow-up and client coordination. Good English, communication and customer service skills, professionalism and willingness to learn are required. Reservation-system experience is an advantage; training is provided during the first month.
