SoftwareBank Co. seeks a TeleSales Representative for its Amman team. Duties include customer follow-up calls, product and service explanations, needs assessment, sales lead follow-up, accurate records, target achievement, relationship management and sales-team coordination. A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma, good English and Arabic communication, persuasion, negotiation and organizational skills are required. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior telesales, sales or customer service experience is a plus.
