Job description
Scanova Center seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative with sales experience, working on site in Al Bayader, Amman. Duties include calls and WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook inquiries, explaining inspection services/prices, converting leads into bookings, scheduling/follow-up and Zoho CRM records/reports. At least three years of customer service with sales experience, communication/persuasion/follow-up, Excel/Word and CRM skills are required; Zoho experience is preferred.
