Maintenance Engineer

Civil, Electromechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree and at least seven years in construction, facilities and building maintenance; educational-institution experience and CFM/PMP are preferred. Duties cover maintenance/project plans, budgets/tenders, facilities/HVAC/generators, solar systems, assets, safety, contractor/authority coordination and team supervision. Excellent English, regulatory knowledge and project/software skills are required.
