Lead Consultant - Statistical Studies and Research

Lead sector research and surveys from Jordan, with ten to fifteen years of experience, advanced analytics and Arabic reporting skills.

Experience and work

• Ten to fifteen years in sector research and surveys for public-sector or nonprofit organisations internationally.
• Design primary research through surveys and interviews and secondary research through published data and reports.
• Analyse statistics and present tables, charts and sector studies with accurate findings and clear recommendations.
• Develop conventional and advanced indicators, define variables and sound methodologies and identify new patterns and insights.

Capabilities and education

• Advanced use of Excel, SPSS or Python and a visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Arabic technical writing, accuracy, sound analysis, creativity and persuasive client communication that sustains partnerships.
• Responsiveness to feedback, adaptability, continuous learning and reliable deadline delivery.
• Any university degree; Statistics is not mandatory. Understanding the public or nonprofit sector and appropriate indicators and methods is essential.

Location and application

• Full-time Jordan back-office role listed in Amman, with potential limited field assignments and occasional Saudi travel.
