Lead Consultant - School Education

Lead school-education consulting from Jordan with ten to fifteen years of experience and an Educational Administration master’s, with possible travel.

Experience and work

• Ten to fifteen years in management consulting, predominantly for Saudi school education.
• Design feasible education strategies and ministerial programmes improving learning environments, quality, student life, capabilities and community partnerships.
• Produce current-state and comparative studies, policies, organisation structures, procedural guidance and awareness and training materials.

Qualifications and capabilities

• A master’s in Educational Administration and sound knowledge of Saudi school-education regulations.
• Advanced Arabic technical writing, tailored practical solutions, persuasive client communication and sustainable professional partnerships.
• Positive feedback response, adaptability, respect for differing views, continuous learning and current sector knowledge under deadline pressure.

Location and application

• Full-time Jordan back-office role listed in Amman, with potential limited field assignments and occasional Saudi travel.
