Graphic Designer

Role

• Create digital and print designs supporting the hotel’s identity, marketing and communications, consistently applying IHG brand standards.

Creative responsibilities

• Design advertisements, brochures, flyers, menus, posters, presentations, social-media content and promotional materials, adapting sizes and formats for different platforms and channels.
• Create visual assets for marketing and sales campaigns and promotions, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, HR and Operations to understand project requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• Manage concurrent projects to agreed deadlines and quality standards, coordinating with suppliers and printers for accurate production.
• Maintain the visual asset library and organized project files, contribute concepts for seasonal promotions, events and campaigns, and revise designs in response to stakeholder and management feedback.

Work organization and internal service

• Follow hotel and company rules, the employment handbook, professional-appearance standards and attendance policies; participate in training and continually develop creative and technical skills.
• Respond professionally, accurately and promptly to internal design requests, anticipate creative needs and propose practical, inventive solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, the brand and the market to strengthen guest perception, and review design standards to improve competitiveness and brand consistency.

Safety and professional conduct

• Understand and follow health, hygiene and fire-and-life-safety policies, know emergency and evacuation procedures, and promptly report incidents, risks and safety concerns.
• Follow the corporate code of conduct and IHG values and carry out additional management assignments supporting business objectives.
