Housekeeping duties

• Clean and service guest rooms to group standards and replenish amenities, linen and supplies.
• Report maintenance faults, lost property and room-status discrepancies; respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Follow hygiene, safety and security procedures, respect guest privacy and confidentiality and support the team in meeting guest expectations.

Qualifications and working conditions

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage, alongside communication, teamwork, attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
